Transcript Requests

For Current Students Only:

Email your request to Mrs. Hernandez at Please be specific if you need an official transcript and unofficial transcript.  Also, include your full name and small school you attend.

  • Official transcript means it is signed.
  • Unofficial transcript means it will not be signed.

Once request has been received, it will be emailed to you within 2 workdays.  

Past Kearny Students:

We are no longer providing transcripts, records or education verification for former students who have graduated or last attended Kearny High 5 or more years ago.  You will need to request them via the district’s online student records request system at the following link: 

If you graduated within the last 5 years, the following information is required:

Transcripts request to a College, University or Agency, Please provide the following:

  • Your first name, last name (maiden name)
  • Year of graduation and small school you attended
  • Name and address of the college/university you need me to send it.


 Transcript requests emailed to you, Please provide the following:

  • Your first name, last name (maiden name)
  • Year of graduation and small school you attended 
  • Copy of a government issued ID



Transcript request are currently ONLY accepted via email.
