students that live in the Kearny HS boundary and currently not
attending Taft Middle or Montgomery Middle and not under the
Magnet/Choice program.

The required supporting documents may be uploaded:
- Proof of residency (utility bill, mortgage statement, or rental agreement)
- Immunization records
- Student's birth certificate
- Transcript or recent report cards (important for scheduling purposes)
- Name, address, phone number, and fax number of most recent school attended
- Copy of IEP (if applicable)
